Chicago Family and Pet Photographer | FAQ

Where is your studio? Our address is 1821 W. Hubbard St., just 15 minutes from downtown Chicago, IL in West Town.

Do you travel for shoots? Absolutely! I love to travel, and I’ll trek to just about anywhere to tell your story.

So…how much does it cost to work with you? My commission fee for pets and families is $349 and you only purchase the photographs you love!

Can I just get the digitals? The social media file is included with every photograph you purchase, but high resolution photographs are also available.

I want to celebrate my family with photography! What’s next? We have a Discovery Call with all decision makers before you arrive to the studio for your shoot and we learn more about you!

How long is the photo session? Pet photo sessions are typically one hour. After your photo session, we will send you home, then you will return to the studio for your Design Consultation. YES, we do this all on the same day! You will receive a cinematic reveal of your photographs and will have time with our design consultant to create beautiful artwork and place your order!

What if I have to reschedule? You may reschedule up to 7 days before your session. Your session fee is non-refundable for cancellations of any kind.

What is required to book my date? A signed contract, a deposit and a hug! I grew up in the South, and I’m a hugger!

Candice C. Cusic has launched a powerful new project, The See Hear Love Project™, to spotlight the rising number of animals in Chicago shelters. In collaboration with local rescue groups, she’s giving a voice to animals who deserve a second chance and a loving home.

This one-of-a-kind initiative combines the art of animal communication with Cusic’s renowned photography to help each animal be seen, heard, and ultimately adopted. Follow along to meet them and discover their stories.

Since the filming of this video, Ramona has officially become a proud foster fail—aka ADOPTED! She now spends her days living her best life with her mom April, her dad, and five pig siblings, soaking up all the love, snacks, and belly rubs she could ever dream of. 🐷❤️
