Cusic Photography Studio Celebrates Two Years on Chicago Ave.

I cannot believe I opened my studio 2 years ago!  Here is a rundown on what that looks like:

In 2 years we have photographed over 100 families,  worked with 15 interns, emptied five cases of dog biscuits and have made at least 40 trips to the Dollar Store down the street!

We’ve had 1 dog pee on our couch, 2 dogs deuce in our gallery and have cleaned up an estimated five buckets of slobber off of our floors.

We have placed hundreds of custom artwork orders for our clients , have attended over 40 events with our Chicago GIF boomerang photo booth and have raised hundreds of dollars for several animal rescues in Chicagoland.

I’m truly honored to be a part of the West Town Chamber of Commerce and to have a beautiful storefront on historic Chicago Ave.  I love going to work every day and cannot wait for another year of doing what I love.

Thank you, here are just a few of my favorite studio photographs!  Take a look at my Instagram account for all the behind the scenes and a tour of my studio!

Some dogs don’t just fit into a family — they become part of its heartbeat.
⠀
Eddie was pure joy to photograph with his two favorite people. The connection between them was effortless, loving, and completely real.

These are the moments worth remembering.
    Meet Zeno.

After being surrendered by his owner, Zeno has spent more than a year waiting at Red Door Animal Shelter for someone to choose him.

And somehow, after all this time, he’s still soft. Still trusting. Still hopeful.

Cats like Zeno don’t need perfection. They just need someone willing to see them.

Seen. Heard. Loved.
